Chiara specializes in international arbitration and cross-border litigation. She assists and represents corporations and sovereigns in international arbitration and legal proceedings across a wide range of industries, including construction and infrastructure, energy, oil and gas, automotive and defense. Since the beginning of her career in 2010, Chiara has been involved (as counsel, secretary or assistant to the Arbitral Tribunal) in approximately 40 arbitrations and cross-border litigations.
Chiara graduated cum laude from Alma Mater Studiorum, Università di Bologna in 2010 and obtained an LL.M. in Public International Law with merits at King’s College London in the same year.
Just after graduation, Chiara joined Cleary Gottlieb in Rome and, from September 2017 to March 2019, was resident in the Firm’s New York office.
