Practice Areas
Nicole B. Puppieni’s practice focuses primarily on capital markets, financial and corporate transactions. She has been assisting both Italian and international issuers as well as underwriters in public and private debt and equity offerings; and advising companies and financial institutions on securities laws, primarily on corporate and financial matters including, capital market transactions, domestic and cross-border mergers and
acquisitions.
Nicole joined the firm in 2006 and was resident in the Milan office until 2008.
From September 2009 to July 2010, she was resident in the New York office.
