Charlotte is a Senior Associate in the Private Client Dispute Resolution team based in the Oxford office. She has experience in a range of private client disputes, specialising in contentious trust and probate work.

• Financial Abuse and Undue Influence

She is based in the firm’s Oxford office and works closely with Sarah Foster and Sally Goodger. She also works with and supports our national team.
Charlotte has experience in working on a number of contentious trust and probate matters including Inheritance Act Claims, Will validity challenges, financial abuse and undue influence and executor and administration disputes.
Charlotte is an associate member of the Association for Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS), a member of the Contentious Trusts Association (Contra) and a member of the Next Generation Committee for the National Association of Independent Administrators.
