Charlotte advises on all issues relating to relationship breakdown: divorce, cohabitation and applications for financial remedy following divorce as well as child arrangement disputes. Additionally she is experienced in drafting and advising on pre-nuptial and pre-civil partnership agreements.
She also has a niche contentious trust practice, acting in complex litigation centering on assets held in an estate or by a trust.
Charlotte is a Resolution Accredited Specialist in Advanced Financial Provision I and II.
Career
Charlotte qualified in 2005 but has specialised exclusively in family law since 2007. She joined Dawson Cornwell in 2011 and was promoted to Partner in 2015.
