Chuck Hardin has acted as the principal outside lawyer on literally hundreds of completed M&A and private equity transactions in more than 35 years of practice. In the past two decades, the main focus of his practice has involved the representation of private equity funds. Chuck is one of the founders of Jones Day's global Private Equity Practice and served as its chair for a decade.
