Charles E. “Chuck” James, Jr., focuses his practice on representing clients with regulatory and litigation matters before state and federal agencies, and serves as a strategic advisor and problem solver based on his varied background in political campaigns, government service and private practice. Increasingly, Chuck assists clients with government affairs, including policy and legislative counsel as part of the Government Relations practice at Williams Mullen.
