Brian Cashmere

For clients in the fields of construction and government contracting, Brian Cashmere represents contractors, subcontractors and sureties in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. A partner in Williams Mullen’s Construction Practice Group, Brian provides general counsel and dispute resolution support as he prepares, prosecutes and resolves contract claims under public, private and international contracts. Having worked on numerous and varied construction projects, Brian has developed a wide-range of experience in all aspects of the construction industry working with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, sureties and owners. Brian’s construction industry experience runs the gamut having worked in all phases from pre-bid/development through close-out.
