Arnie Mason can help with all phases of a construction project, including contract formation, advice, claims evaluation and preparation and litigation. He is well-versed in all forms of dispute resolution, including dispute review boards (DRBs), mediation and arbitration for clients who prefer to avoid litigation. As a partner in Williams Mullen's Construction Practice, he also prepares and negotiates construction contracts and joint venture agreements and prepares, analyzes and prosecutes or defends complex construction claims.
