His practice focuses on the design and implementation of all types of employee benefit programs, including qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, incentive plans, as well as a variety of welfare benefit arrangements including health, disability, cafeteria plans, flexible spending arrangements, retiree welfare benefit plans, severance plans and other employee benefit plans.

Marc regularly advises public and private sector clients with respect to the design, drafting and documentation of defined benefit plans, profit sharing plans, 401(k) plans, Section 403(b) tax-deferred annuity arrangements, long-term incentive plans, leveraged and non-leveraged ESOPs and Section 457 plans.
