Career
Chang Sup Kwon is a senior attorney and member of the Energy Practice at Kim & Chang, who has extensive experience in both transactional matters and project developments, covering regulatory issues as well as construction and procurement arrangement. Mr. Kwon has practiced in a wide range of areas in corporate and energy law, and has extensive experience in M&A, joint venture, and private equity transactions and foreign direct investment transactions. Based on the industry-wise expertise and relationship with various clients and the central and local governments, he is also active on the public matters in the energy industry in Korea and has been serving in the Korea Power Exchange, which is the sole operator for Korea’s electricity market, as one of the youngest members of its Dispute Mediation Committee since 2020.
