His track record includes advising on some of Mexico’s most significant real estate and infrastructure developments, demonstrating his ability to design and implement innovative structures involving trusts, special purpose vehicles, and companies. He also has extensive experience drafting and negotiating the full range of contracts and agreements required to implement and finance these projects.
He has advised leading national and international clients—including Hasta Capital, Grupo Indi, Mota Engil, Deka Immobilien Investment, and Union Investment Real Estate— M&A, and project finance transactions involving major real estate projects in Mexico.
