Carlos Rafael Pellecer, Co-Chair of Tactic Legal Guatemala Corporate and M&A Practice is a founding partner of the Firm and advises companies, private equity firms, and financial institutions on cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, financings, and restructurings involving Guatemala, Latin America, the United States and Europe.
