Carlos Rafael Pellecer, Co-Chair of Tactic Legal Guatemala Corporate and M&A Practice is a founding partner of the Firm and advises companies, private equity firms, and financial institutions on cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, financings, and restructurings involving Guatemala, Latin America, the United States and Europe. He combines sharp local and international industry insights with bilingual language skills to handle matters across industries, with a particular focus on the mining, energy, and financial services sectors. Mr. Pellecer is admitted to practice law in New York and Guatemala and brings more than a decade of experience navigating complex transactions on behalf of sophisticated clients doing business in Guatemala.
