Alfonso is a very analytical and well-rounded lawyer, with deep knowledge of Costa Rican Public Law and an exquisite understanding of the dispute resolution procedures with governmental authorities, both at an administrative and a judicial level.
He is a former Professor of Administrative Law Principles, a Ph.D. Candidate in Administrative Law, a Specialist in Public Procurement and a Law Degree Graduate from the University of Costa Rica. Alfonso has been an active member of the Costa Rican Bar Association since 2003.
