Within his mergers & acquisitions practice, he represents private equity and specialized sector funds, as well as strategic investors, in the purchase of private businesses and assets within a wide range of economic sectors, including pharmaceutical, media, finance, food services, education, and others.
His capital markets and fundraising expertise has led him to represent issuers, underwriters, managers and others in public and private debt, equity, and quasi-equity offerings, including corporate bonds, government notes, CKDs, CERPIs and FIBRAS.
