About

Provided by Campos / Arbitraje e Infraestructura

Our firm has built a reputation as one of the leading practices in arbitration, with a strong focus on disputes arising out of infrastructure and construction projects. We act in complex, high-value arbitrations—both domestic and international—under the rules of major institutions (including the ICC, PCA, PUCP, Lima Chamber of Commerce, and AMCHAM), as well as in ad hoc proceedings. All of our work is handled in English and Spanish.

We bring particular expertise in disputes linked to public and private works, PPPs, EPC/EPCM contracts, and concession agreements. Our cases frequently involve sophisticated claims relating to time extensions, cost overruns, variation orders, disruption, acceleration, force majeure, contract termination, breaches, and damages. These matters often arise in large-scale, technically demanding projects such as highways, ports, sanitation systems, power plants, and transmission lines.

Our strength lies not only in arbitration but also in the broader spectrum of dispute resolution. We regularly advise clients in dispute boards, conciliations, settlements, and high-stakes negotiations. While construction arbitration remains at the core of what we do, our practice has naturally expanded into wider commercial and contractual disputes, with a growing presence in international commercial arbitration.
