Camila Affonso Prado

Partner in Demarest’s Insurance, Reinsurance, Health and Private Pension practice, Camila Affonso Prado holds a Master’s degree and a PhD in Civil Law from the University of São Paulo (USP), as well as a postgraduate degree in Civil Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. With extensive experience in the areas of insurance and reinsurance, she advises local and foreign clients in the regulation of complex claims, especially involving the areas of Financial Lines, General Civil Liability, Surety Bonds and Cyber Risks. She develops and reviews insurance programs, policy clauses and reinsurance contracts, in addition to working on strategic insurance litigation and arbitration cases.
