C. Scott Lent

New York-based Arnold & Porter partner C. Scott Lent is Chair of Arnold & Porter’s U.S. Antitrust/Competition practice group. He has extensive experience in antitrust, transactional, investigational, litigation, and advisory matters across many industries, including media and entertainment, big tech, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, building materials, and healthcare, often before regulatory agencies such as the DOJ and the FTC as well as various State Attorneys General. Additionally, he maintains a sports law practice and has advised sports leagues and teams, including the NBA and its Golden State Warriors, NFL, NHL, MLB, PGA and USTA.
