Representative transactions include the negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, securities purchase agreements, drillco transactions, upstream joint ventures, drilling participation agreements, farmouts, minerals and royalty interests transactions, production payments, mineral joint ventures, midstream joint ventures, gathering, transportation and processing agreements. Bryan has represented clients in upstream and midstream transactions in all U.S. conventional and unconventional oil and gas producing basins, including the lower 48 states, the Gulf of Mexico, Alaska and offshore California.
