Bruno Costa is a prominent Mining Law specialist with a strong focus on regulatory matters. He has extensive experience advising clients before the National Mining Agency (ANM), including drafting, reviewing and managing administrative defences across all Regional Offices. His practice also includes strategic consulting on mineral asset management, regulatory risk due diligence, and legal advisory on the acquisition, sale and leasing of mining rights.
A law graduate from Milton Campos Law School, Bruno is a permanent professor of Mining Law at CEDIN and serves as Director of the Brazilian Institute of Mining Law (IBDM). Recognised by publications such as The Legal 500 and Leaders League, he is noted for his deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks and his ability to guide clients through complex compliance and licensing processes in the mining sector.
