Over 20 years of experience of all aspects of personal injury, health and safety, and clinical negligence litigation. All levels of work including catastrophic injury, particularly brain injury, spinal injury and multiple injuries. Practice also includes registration and consumer protection. Also, since 2001 increasing specialisation in travel litigation, particularly large group actions involving injury abroad, gastrointestinal illness and loss of enjoyment due to poor quality accommodation.
