Brian O'Callaghan

Brian O’Callaghan is co-head of William Fry's Real Estate department specialising in contentious and non-contentious Property. He has experience of advising on landlord and tenant disputes such as enforcement and interpretation of lease covenants, property related insolvency, disputes over joint venture agreements as well as sale and purchase disputes. He also has vast experience in property finance and property based lending, retail and office leasing for landlords and tenants and investment acquisitions and disposals.
