Brian's extensive experience in wage and hour litigation has led to repeated success in defeating class and/or collective certification as well as securing dismissal through motions attacking the legal sufficiency or merits of claims. He advises clients on a variety of employment issues, including compliance with the patchwork of federal, state, and local employment laws; HR policies; employment agreements; employee leave and attendance issues; restrictive covenants; and reductions in force. He also regularly assists with wage/hour audits and compliance.
