Brian, a partner in Weil’s nationwide Complex Commercial Litigation and Appeals and Strategic Counseling practices, has a robust track record of litigating complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes across practice areas, including antitrust, commercial, product liability, appeals, restructuring, and environmental litigation. He has helped clients eliminate or mitigate billions in potential liability in several “largest-ever” disputes at mission critical stages of litigation. Brian has secured favorable dismissals, summary judgments, and trial and appellate wins, in consumer class actions and MDLs involving PFAS claims, product liability, false advertising, securities violations, fraudulent transfers, industry-wide price fixing allegations, and alter-ego claims, among others.
Brian currently serves as Chair of a Florida Bar Eleventh Circuit Grievance Committee. He previously served as a judicial clerk for the Hon. Adalberto Jordan of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
