Brian is a technology litigator and partner in the firm's intellectual property group. He has achieved outstanding results in cases involving patent and trademark infringement, unfair competition under the Lanham Act, and counterfeit goods.

Mr. Hill focuses a significant portion of his practice on unfair import investigations at the U.S. International Trade Commission. Brian has represented Complainants and Respondents in all phases of Section 337 disputes, from conception through enforcement proceedings and before U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
