Brett Anderson

Brett Anderson is McCarthy Tétrault’s Regional Managing Partner for Alberta and is the Co-Head of the firm's National Tax Group, based in the firm’s Calgary office. Brett is one of Canada’s most prominent corporate tax planning and dispute resolution experts. He has a strong reputation across the country for his deep technical knowledge and ability to provide creative solutions to clients’ most complex challenges and transactions. Focused on achieving the best results for clients, Brett advises on domestic and cross-border public reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions and international tax matters.
