Brady Cox

Brady assists his clients with complex patent disputes and has experience with a wide variety of technologies, including computer hardware and software, telecommunications, batteries, and e-commerce. His technical background in physics and nanotechnology allows him to effectively represent his clients in litigation and licensing negotiations.

Brady has brought and defended patent disputes before the International Trade Commission, in U.S. district courts across the country (including particular expertise in the Eastern and Western Districts of Texas), and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. His experience working extensively with both patent owners and with alleged infringers improves his ability to represent his clients in any context.

Brady has also negotiated and resolved intellectual property disputes outside the context of litigation. He analyzes and negotiates licenses to patent portfolios for both licensors and licensees.
