Brad B Erens

Leader of the Firm’s Chicago Business Restructuring & Reorganization practice, Brad Erens has counseled clients for 30 years in some of the most complex and cutting-edge chapter 11 cases filed in the country. He has substantial experience representing companies, bank groups, secured and unsecured creditors, asset purchasers, and other interested parties in a wide variety of matters, including several companies in asbestos mass tort chapter 11 cases. As a former adjunct professor at the DePaul University College of Law, Brad taught on the subject of corporate reorganizations. He has authored numerous articles on a variety of important topics in the area of bankruptcy and restructuring.
