Bosco is a partner in our Spain Tax group. He specialises in cross-border M&A transactions, including private equity investments, real estate transactions and group restructurings. He regularly advises many of the main financial investors at global level, multinational groups and financial entities. He also has experience in advising financial institutions on structured finance transactions.

Bosco graduated in Law in 2002 (Universidad de Deusto, Bilbao) and holds a master’s degree in Taxation from Centro de Estudios Financieros. He speaks Spanish and English.
