Boris I. Mankovetskiy is a Member of the Creditors’ Rights/Bankruptcy Reorganization Practice Group at Sills Cummis & Gross. He has significant experience in hospital and other health care provider bankruptcies throughout the United States, particularly representing the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors.

Boris Mankovetskiy represents official creditors’ committees, debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, investors that focus on distressed situations, and other parties-in-interest in corporate insolvency matters. His practice involves advising clients in complex corporate restructurings, including Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court workouts. Additionally, he represents investment management firms in debt restructuring matters, commercial workouts, and Chapter 11 cases. Beyond representing health care industry clients, he represents clients in the telecommunications, commercial real estate, retail, manufacturing, transportation, construction, and pharmaceutical industries.
