Andrew B. Robins is Chair of the Environmental Law Practice Group at Sills Cummis & Gross. His wide-ranging environmental law experience includes counseling clients on regulatory compliance, cost recovery litigation, redevelopment, brownfields, transaction negotiation, and risk analysis.

Andrew Robins’ practice includes handling environmental and brownfield redevelopment matters in New Jersey involving solid and hazardous waste regulations; the Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) program; the Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA)/Environmental Cleanup Responsibility Act (ECRA); the Coastal Area Facility Review Act (CAFRA); voluntary cleanups; medical waste regulations; wetlands regulations; the Clean Water Act; the Clean Air Act; underground storage tanks (USTs); stream encroachment and flood plain regulations; waterfront development; the Meadowlands, Highlands, and Pinelands; and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), commonly known as Superfund. He also handles land use approval matters and related transactions and litigation.
