Joseph B. Shumofsky is an accomplished trial lawyer and Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He is Co-Chair of the Sills Cummis & Gross White Collar Criminal Defense Practice Group. His practice focuses on white collar criminal defense, internal corporate investigations, complex business disputes, and counseling corporations that are victims of white collar crimes.
