Joseph L. Buckley is Chair of the Litigation Department at Sills Cummis & Gross. He is a distinguished attorney with over 35 years of first chair trial experience in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation cases in federal and state courts in New Jersey and New York.

Joseph Buckley represents banks, non‑bank financial services companies, data and analytics firms, technology companies, real estate companies, medical device manufacturers, automobile manufacturers, and insurance companies, among others.

Joseph Buckley is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. He also serves as leader of the Sills Cummis Banking Litigation Group and is a member of the Firm’s Management Committee.
