Boris co-heads the Freshfields International Arbitration Group. He is recognised as a leading international arbitration practitioner in Germany and Europe. He appears as counsel in commercial arbitrations concerning long-term supply agreements, M&A transactions, IP rights and energy and infrastructure projects. Boris further represents governments and commercial entities in arbitration proceedings under investment treaties. He also sits as arbitrator and represents clients in cross-border, international litigation matters, including in the English High court and German courts.
