Bo Enevold Uhrenfeldt is specialized in employment and labour law, including laws concerning working environment and industrial injuries. In particular, he has extensive experience with the interpretation of collective agreements and labour clauses related to public procurement.
Bo Enevold Uhrenfeldt has advised a large number of national and international corporations and public institutions on matters such as mergers and acquisitions, outsourcing, restructuring and mass redundancies. Further, he has specific experience with posting of workers, including obtaining work permits and hiring-out of labour.
Bo Enevold Uhrenfeldt often assists clients with negotiating and preparing contracts and frequently conducts cases before the ordinary courts, the Danish Labour Court, the Danish Board of Dismissals and industrial arbitration tribunals.
