Practice Areas

I serve as a trusted advisor to clients across the full spectrum of debt finance transactions.

As part of the firm’s borrower finance team, I advise CEOs, CFOs, treasurers, heads of capital markets, general counsel, and in-house legal teams on structuring and executing financings aligned with strategic business objectives. My clients include public and private companies, private equity sponsors, venture capital firms, nonprofits, and high-net-worth individuals.

My practice includes syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, leveraged and acquisition financings, investment grade and high-yield note offerings (including secured, subordinated, convertible, and hybrid instruments), asset-based lending, private credit and direct lending transactions, receivables financings, commercial paper programs, intercompany arrangements, venture debt, and other bespoke financings. I regularly advise on transactions ranging from under $1 million to more than $14 billion across industries including healthcare, data centers and AI, aerospace and defense, technology, retail, and life sciences. My MBA from The Wharton School informs a practical, commercially focused approach.

I am involved in firm leadership and strategic initiatives, including the Philadelphia Professional Recruiting Committee, Healthcare Industry Group, Aerospace & Defense Industry Group, and the firm’s Data Center Initiative.

I remain active in the Greater Philadelphia civic and legal communities, serving on the board of the Support Center for Child Advocates, where I volunteer as a Child Advocate pro bono attorney, on the Board of Governors of the Philadelphia Bar Association, and on the Finance Committee of Project HOME. I also advise a range of civic and political organizations in the region.

I have been a Chambers–ranked finance associate in Greater Philadelphia since 2023 and was one of only four lawyers shortlisted as a national Rising Star by IFLR in 2025.
