Benjamin Hershkowitz

A partner in Gibson Dunn's Litigation and Corporate departments, Ben is widely recognized as one of the country's elite intellectual property lawyers, with extensive experience as lead trial counsel in complex, bet-the-company patent, trade secret, contract, and other IP litigation in federal courts, before arbitration panels, and at the ITC. He also brings substantial licensing and counseling expertise to sophisticated corporate IP matters.
