Barry represents employers in litigation of non-competition agreements in the Delaware Court of Chancery including expedited proceeding for temporary or preliminary injunctive relief. Barry also represents employers in defending claims of employment discrimination, retaliation, "whistleblower," and other "wrongful discharge" cases under federal and state law as well as representation in union organizing campaigns, unfair labor practice proceedings, and grievance/arbitration hearings.
