Anne Gaza represents national and multinational companies before Delaware’s state and federal courts. Her practice focuses on litigating complex commercial and intellectual property matters in a diverse range of industries involving a variety of technologies.
Ms. Gaza is Co-Leader of Intellectual Property Section and a Member of the firm's Management Committee. She regularly speaks on litigation practice and ethics. Ms. Gaza is a former Captain in the U.S. Air Force and a former judicial extern for the Honorable Carol Los Mansmann, U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit.
