Elena Norman

Elena counsels boards of directors on Delaware corporate and commercial matters, and litigates cases, most often in the Delaware Court of Chancery, focusing on disputes involving merger and acquisition transactions, complex commercial contracts, valuation, Delaware statutory rights, and corporate governance. Elena also litigates in the Superior Court, US District and Bankruptcy Courts.
