Martin Lessner

Practice is concentrated in the area of corporate law and corporate and commercial litigation, including involvement in many of the Delaware corporate law cases. Tried and won various complex multi-million dollar cases including corporate stock appraisal, breach of fiduciary duties, expedited mergers and acquisitions disputes, fraud, breach of contract, and books and records. Some of the major cases he has litigated include Appraisal of Columbia Pipeline, CSC v. Pulier, Roma, In re Celera, Montgomery Cellular, In re Ancestry.com, In re Smurfit-Stone Container Corp., Yucaipa v. Riggio, In re Countrywide, Highfields v. AXA, Gore v. Wu, Kronenberg v. Katz, In re Pure Resources, and RGC v. Greka.
