Career

Audra is co-Managing Partner of S&C’s General Practice Group globally and serves as a co-head of the Firm’s Consumer & Retail and Power & Utility Groups. She has extensive experience representing clients on a broad range of merger and acquisition and corporate transactions, including public company mergers, “PIPE” and other private company transactions, restructuring transactions, joint ventures and spinoffs, and advising boards of directors on corporate governance and activism matters.

Audra has advised clients across the industry spectrum, including: Adient, Albertsons, Andeavor, AT&T, Avon Products, C&S Wholesale Grocers, Collective Brands, Connecticut Water Service, Cronos, Diageo, DiamondHead, Dynegy, FTX, Haleon, Hershey Foods, Intercontinental Exchange, Kraft Foods Group, LSC Communications, NBTY, Panera Bread, Pepco, Quality Care Properties, Riverstone Holdings and Pattern Energy Group Holdings, Ron Shaich, RR Donnelley & Sons, SciPlay, Sempra, TelevisaUnivision, Wachovia and ZF Friedrichshafen.
