Audra is Co-Managing Partner of S&C’s General Practice Group globally and serves as a partner in its M&A and Corporate Governance practices. She also serves as a co-head of the Firm’s Consumer & Retail and Power and Utility Groups. Audra has extensive experience representing clients on a broad range of merger and acquisition and complex corporate transactions and in other special situations, including public company mergers, private company transactions, joint ventures and spinoffs, and advising boards of directors on corporate governance, activism and takeover defense matters.
