Ashley Heintz

Ashley Heintz represents companies, directors, and officers in high-stakes matters and class action litigation throughout the country. She has significant experience handling securities fraud class actions, shareholder disputes, internal investigations relating to shareholder demands, whistleblower complaints, corporate compliance, and SEC investigations and inquiries. She is also a trusted advisor and strategically counsels companies, boards of directors, and senior management on disclosure issues, fiduciary duties, regulatory and internal investigations, ESG (environmental, social, and governance), and other governance and compliance matters.

Ashley was named one of the top seven securities litigators in the country under 40 years old by Law 360 in 2021. She has argued appeals in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, tried a case to verdict in the Delaware Court of Chancery, and regularly argues case-dispositive motions in federal and state trial courts.
