Antonios Nezeritis

Antonios is a partner in Maples and Calder's Funds & Investment Management team at Maples and Calder (Luxembourg) at the Maples Group. He advises on the structuring, authorisation and ongoing regulation of UCITS, non-UCITS retail funds (Part II funds), Specialised Investment Funds (SIFs), Reserved Alternative Investment Funds (RAIFs), unregulated alternative investment funds and investment companies in risk capital (SICARs). He also acts for UCITS management companies, AIFMs, asset managers, sponsors and institutional investors across the full fund lifecycle. In addition, he advises on commercial and financial law matters and supports clients with the registration of foreign UCITS and AIFs in Luxembourg, as well as ongoing cross-border distribution and compliance.
