He also has extensive experience in special situations, restructurings, turnarounds, and transactions involving distressed assets and non-performing loans.
He specialises in regulatory and antitrust matters in the financial sector with a particular focus on antitrust matters, horizontal agreements and collusive practices, vertical restraints, distribution, and consumer products. He has extensive experience advising on complex transactions involving Portuguese-speaking countries, in particular project and infrastructure financing and planning and structuring of foreign investments.
