Edmon Oude Elferink heads the Antitrust, Competition & Trade team in the Netherlands. He divides his professional time between Brussels and Amsterdam. His areas of expertise encompass competition law, State aid and foreign direct investment (FDI). He represents clients in proceedings before the European Commission, the ACM and the Dutch courts.
