Radivoje Petrikić is a partner at CMS in Vienna and since the foundation of the Serbian CMS office in Belgrade in 2000, the Managing partner there too. He is also the Managing Partner in Montenegro and the coordinator of our law firms in North Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

He is one of the leading M&A, corporate and FDI lawyers in the region. As an expert in the field of mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, as well as finance and project finance, he has more than 25 years of distinguished working experience in major commercial transactions and development projects throughout the CEE region. He was the lead lawyer in many of Serbia's landmark cases in the field of corporate and commercial law and privatisations within the past 20 years in various industry areas.
