He has a Master’s Degree in Law from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Leuven, Belgium) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Escuela Libre de Derecho (Mexico City). He spent a year as a foreign associate at Sherman & Sterling, LLP in New York City.
Antonio is a frequent speaker – in Mexico and abroad – at conferences on energy and infrastructure. He is a visiting professor at Escuela Libre de Derecho and Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
