The Projects practice offers advice on the development, financing, negotiation, construction, operation, restructuring, and sale of long-term infrastructure and energy projects. We advise clients on different kinds of non-recourse or limited recourse financing structures, negotiation of concession titles at federal/state levels, service agreements, power purchase agreements, PPP structures, engineering procurement and construction (EPC) contracts, and operation & maintenance (O&M) contracts.

Our team also has extensive experience in the organization and documentation of financing and guarantee mechanisms based on resources from project operations, including governmental guarantees, which are typical in these types of transactions.

We notably combine our transactional strengths with strategic litigation capabilities and unique expertise in financial regulation, environment, antitrust and real estate.

We represent all participants in infrastructure projects: sponsors, project companies, financial institutions (commercial and development banks), private equity funds, multilateral agencies, governmental entities, export credit agencies, insurers and contractors.
