Anthony is a New York-based partner in Reed Smith’s Tech & Data Group. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, internal and regulatory investigations, e-discovery and information governance, and data privacy and security.

Anthony is a recognized leader in the e-discovery and information governance field. He counsels large financial institutions, pharmaceutical companies and manufacturers on all aspects of the records management, including developing policies and procedures for the preservation, collection, review, and production of electronically stored information. This includes advising on the remediation of large volumes of legacy data (paper and electronic) and defending e-discovery and information governance policies and procedures before federal regulators and the courts.

Anthony has been an editor of the Electronic Discovery Deskbook since 2009. He is a frequent speaker and writer on e-discovery and information governance issues.

Anthony also advises clients on policies and procedures designed to protect sensitive information and comply with various laws and regulations throughout the world, from storage, to transfer, to production to third-parties. He regularly represents clients before courts to ensure adequate protections are in place, as well as defends the protections clients have implemented. He also conducts investigations regarding data breaches and assists in the remediation of the breaches.
