Our elite practice covers the full spectrum of corporate and finance services and is particularly known for advising on fund finance deals, regulatory issues, IPOs, M&A, SPAC, private equity and venture capital transactions.

With a market-leading practice in fund finance, we act for the majority of lenders in the fund finance market and the main US law firms with a lender-side practice regularly turn to us. Our unique combined fund finance offering between Cayman and Luxembourg (CAYLUX) has been a driving force in this area.

Our team supports all debt and equity issues and capital raising transactions, including private placements and IPOs of Cayman companies on the world’s major exchanges. Recent work has covered entities listed on the LSE, TSX, HKE, NASDAQ, TWSE, ASX and the SIX. We have advised underwriters, advisors, sponsors and issuers. We have a strong and experienced financial services regulatory practice, known, in particular for its work with Latin American financial institutions. We are also a leading sponsor for listings on the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange (CSX).

The team has a substantial commodities practice advising key clients involved in the oil and gas and mining sectors in addition to our established Structured Finance, Islamic Finance, Asset Finance and Restructuring and Insolvency practices.
